Cutting disc injury

The clinical case is described of a 46-year-old patient, attended at the Traumatology office Centro de Diagnóstico Integral Chuao, Baruta municipality, Miranda state, Venezuela, who suffered right leg injury as result an accident mechanic workshop where he worked. He went for consultation week after with compartment syndrome anteroexternal region leg. A wound stitches in affected area attracted attention. Radiographic studies confirmed presence large shear disc fragment. fragment was removed under regional anesthesia and 6 weeks she returned to her usual work activities.
